Who We Are
We are Broadway Comics & Cards. Our address is 1508 Broadway, Sacramento, CA 95818. Our store hours are every day from 11:00 to 6:00. We are a brick and mortar store in Sacramento and have been doing business since 1988. We have been selling comics new and old or, otherwise, vintage, graphic novels and trade paperbacks, non-sports cards, posters, trading card games like Magic the Gathering, Naruto, Yugioh and Bleach. We also sell on Ebay under the name of comicguy9, but the bulk of the inventory is here! We are usually monitoring emails on a daily basis so if you have a question or comment, feel free to email us. In most instances, you will receive a quick response within the hour, or within 24 hours, if it is late.

Do you combine shipping on comics and cards?
Yes, we do combine on the shipping. The checkout matrix will automatically figure out the shipping. Media mail shipping for comics, as of March 1, 2012, is as low as 2.47. However, if there's a problem with the shipping that seems wrong, we'll take a look at and make adjustments.

Do we accept checks?
Yes, we do accept checks, however, checks must clear and that usually is approximately 10 - 12 business days. As a result, I don't recommend using checks because of the delay in clearing.

Do we accept money orders?
Yes, we do accept money orders. We do not accept fake money orders (duh!), which we have received also. Once bonafide payment is received, we ship out your stuff within 24 hours.

Do we accept cash?
We don't encourage this as this is definitely risky, however, yes we do accept cash. You should try and be sure it is well hidden and/or disguised.

Oh crap! My order got messed up! What now?
We really do strive to give good service whether it's carefully packaging your stuff so it gets to you undamaged or making sure we get it out to you as soon as possible. But things sometimes go wrong -- we're all human, so before you fly off the handle, or call 911, or leave negative feedback, let's see what can be done to fix whatever needs to be fixed so we're both satisfied. We've been selling online for a long time. Heck, we've been selling on Ebay since 1998 and are one of the oldest sellers on there. Our id name on Ebay is comicguy9, and we have a lot of feedback there so you can be sure we'll be around. In fact, we're on a mission to get as much positive feedback as my closest competitor here on ecrater. It's a secret contest sorta. At any rate, we will work with you to fix what's not right. We'd like to think all sales are final, but don't go to the conclusion that you got screwed! We don't do that; we know what it's like to be mislead, and we'll try to fix it. Contact us if there's a problem and we'll see what we can do.

Why don't we ship overseas?
Except for a few exceptions, we generally don't ship overseas because there is no way to track the from its origin to its destination. This has caused a few incidents where customer claimed to not have received his item and charges were reversed. Not knowing if this is true or a scam, we have decided to not ship overseas anymore. Sorry for the inconvenience.

You're searching through the Yugioh cards and....
I didn't put the Yugioh cards into separate categories by set as there are so many, so if you're looking for a card in a particular set, just type in the search PSV (Pharaoh's Servant) or ORCS (Order of Chaos) or MRD (Metal Raiders). I've included in each Yugioh listing the prefix and number of each card so you can do a quick search using just the prefix, if you're looking for a card by the set name.

I have a question about one of your listings. How fast do you respond?
We are a brick and mortar store and our hours are 11:00 to 6:00 pm everyday. We do monitor the computer on a daily basis and we'll certainly respond to any questions or concerns you might have. If you ask us a question during business hours, more than likely, you'll get a response back within the hour, if not sooner.

I'm not comfortable buying on Ecrater. Is there another option to buy safely?
Yes there is. If you're more comfortable buying on Ebay rather here on Ecrater (for whatever reason), if you would send us an email and ask us to post whatever product on ebay that you had your eye on, we would be more than happy to do that. We have so many products to list, and listing every one just doesn't make sense. Just ask us, and we'll confirm your request and send you a follow up email with the link of the product.
